It's been a week now and I am still flabbergasted over the way a "trained technician," actually a service manager at Pacific Motosports, installed the new Top Case on my new 2013 Triumph Tiger 800. You can see where I looked up the Top Case stock number at Triumph Motorcycles and also download the installation instructions from the Triumph Instructions website as a PDF file. Even after finally accepting responsibility, Pacific Motosports made no offer to delivery a new one to me and pick up the damaged one. I am expecting a call or email from them within the next week or so letting me know that the new replacement Top Case has arrived. Why do I feel like I am fixing their mistake? Maybe because I am.
